I have a 2.4ghz Ethernet link between my office and a governement agency
that I want to limit the bandwidth of their connection...

The 2.4ghz link's ethernet port is fed to one card in an NT4.0 server and
the other card in the NT4.0 server is fed to my router for the Internet.

Does anyone know of a software product that we can limit the bandwidth
between the two cards...

If not, how about a hardware device???
