I have checked and that file is in Emerald directory. Any suggestions? The administrator appears to be working. I have gone in and configured Radius and Client.

You can safefully ignore the check database. It is not needed unless
you are updating
from a pre 2.0.75 installation.

Or, does Radius have to be stopped and restarted? If it does have to be stopped and restarted, has anyone written a procedure to do it, or does it have to be done manually?

Actually, its much easier. Just configure and ODBC DSN pointing to the
Emerald database. In
the RadiusNT, configure RadiusNT for ODBC mode, select the DSN you
created, and on the
security tab enter a username/password for RadiusNT to log into the
Database as. Make sure
you save the config. RadiusNT will now authenticate live from the
Emerlad database, with
no users file or stop/restart needed.
