NT Script for telnetting

Hi all,
I have a customer that needs to have a mail server
telnet in to our mail server and process her email
everytime her mail server dials in to us.

I tried writing a vb program but needless to say
it didn't work.

Here's what needs to happen.

Her mail server dials into our service here
then the server automagically telnet's into
our mail server on port 25 here then types
qsnd all (to process the mail waiting for her server)
then in 5 minutes of idle time it needs to disconnect.

I figure there must be a way to script this in her logon
script for RAS but I can't figure it out.

She has Win NT 3.51 and is using RAS to dial into us.

Thanks
Will ,,,=^. .^=,,,
