I have developed a RAS Monitoring tool which tracks online time by user and
disconnects after 2 hours / day access or if the number of pre-paid hours
for internet access has expired or after 2 hours /day and additional
pre-paid hours have expired.

It also provides statistics on usage, etc.

The program works quite well, but I would now like to set-it up as a
SERVICE rather than a simple executable program, so that it does not
require a login to an account before activating.

Has anyone got any ideas, tips, and can point me in the general direction
of how to do this?

It is developed in Visual Basic 5.0.
