Microsoft Proxy

I have a proxy server connected to my network. It has no access
restrictions set on the proxy server software. How can I block access to
the server by IP address? I don't want to block by user name or group. I
wan't to tell the machine to respond to requests from this group of IPs
only thus blocking an outside user from accessing my proxy server. Perhaps
an IP filter? I would like to do something at the box and not the router.
Any Ideas?
