I have one gripe.
PLEASE STOP OVERQUOTING! Someone repeats 100 lines of information and
says something like "I had that problem too" and then puts in a fancy
trailing message about them and their system.
This is such a waste. Please pick what was important, or paraphrase it
and then write what you want.
Also, for you who use MSIE's mail module, Please refrain from using
additional font information or colors or other things which make for
totally useless attachments/extensions for most of us. It is
inconsiderate to say the least.
Thats it. You have my bias' up front!
