What I know of this problem is that a control licence is getting
installed
and THAT is what is causing the problem. I have NO idea WHAT control is
causing the problem. Check for *.lic files in your windows directory
for
a starter. Most likely VFP is installing a developer only (will not run
in program mode, only in VFP) version of a control.

Am having been looking into this. Since you are the only person
reporting this
problem, its more difficult to track down.
