Hourly rate plan

We are offering 5.95$ for 6hr. I do not see a "minimum charge" field =
under service types. I see "Cost". Should this be set to the minimum =
charge amount, or 0? If it is left as 0, what happens if the user is =
not online for the minimum amount of time. =20

That is the only way to do it. The regular charge field is a PER HOUR
charge for the regular time used, just like the over charge field is.
