I am using Emerald 2.1.11 to perform Credit Card batches with PTC w/o AVS.
I can run 'Batch out' without any problems. The text output file is
created and PTC imports correctly. I run into difficulties when attempting
to 'Batch' in. Emerald processes the records, then lists all of the
charges as bad charges (or something to that effect). Consequently, the
invoices do not get updated.

I suspect the problem lies within the information exported by PTC to the
'Batch in' file. What information is Emerald anticipating from the PTC
file when running 'Batch in'?
