The ODBC/CHAP problem is corrected in RadiusNT 2.2.10.

Make sure you have ported the Server correctyl. Go into the Emerald
Config Radius, Servers, and select MAX 4000 for the server type, 48
and click re-port. This should enable the On-Line tab to work
