daily metered service?

Is it possible to have a service with daily, not monthly, limitations.
I see created with the Emerald database is a "120 hours" account type.
This is to say the account is $X for 120 hours and $X for each hour
thereafter. Is it possible to set up an account in the same manner, but
have the limitation daily, not monthly. In other words offer an account
with say, 6 hours access per day, and charge a rate for overcharge for
more than 6 hours per day?
