Account types on online screen

Hello all,

Is there a way to display the account type on the current online
screen? There is a reason I wish to do this. We have both our
dedicated and our unlimited dial-up customers sharing the same MAX
4000's. Since our line/user ratio is where we never encounter any
possible problem with busy connections, we can do this with no problem
and not have the extra expense of a dedicated MAX for our dedicated
modem connection customers. While I am aware it is rather easy to
distinguish between dedicated and unlimited dial-up accounts in the
accounting, it isin't as easy to distinguish between them on the screen
showing the current users online. For example I have created two test
users.. one called 'test' the other called 'test2'.

user 'test' has been assigned for service type 'PPP'
user 'test2' has been assigned for service type 'DedicatedPPP'

For all practical billing and accounting purposes this part is fine..

However when viewing the Online tab in Emerald client, they show up as

Server Port Call Date Mins IP addr

MAX4000test 20201 May 8 1997 10:43 AM 2 x.x.x.x 1
MAX4000test 20202 May 8 1997 10:43 AM 2 x.x.x.x 1

As you can see from the online tab, there is no way to distinguish
between the dedicated and dialup user at a glance. This could pose a
problem as the purpose of the online screen that will likely get a lot
of usage is determining which of the dialup users are sitting on a
connection without logging off. Is there any plans to display a user
type in this window? Right now we can determine between dedicated and
non-dedicated because all of our dedicated customers have static IP's in
a particular address range, however ther could come situations in which
it would be better to have a display of the type of user instead of
having to rely on the IP address to determine the user type.

Anyone have any ideas or solutions?
