Robin, The name is in two locations. In the Master Account, and when =
you create a new SA, The name from the MA by default goes into the name =
fiels in the SA. You can change the name in the SA, because all SA's =
are not used for the same person as the MA. If you change the name in =
the master account, you have to go change the name under each SA under =
the services tab. They are two completely different records.

when someone mispells (for example) a new customers name and saves the
record, it is impossible to fix it without deleting the entire account.
You can change it, and the record will appear fine if you bring the
entire record up, but the search list still has it misspelled.
