Call consolidation problem

When I try to consolidate the calls in Emerald for batch billing, it runs
through all of the subaccounts and then just hangs at the end and Emerald
stops responding. This seems to be a problem in the more recent versions
of Emerald 2.1.08 and 2.1.11. My tempdb should be plenty big, 25 megs.
Any suggestions as to what might be going on?
