Emailing invoices

I've got the emailing of invoices working very well.
However, I came across two related problem today.

1. On an account where the customer has their own domain name =
registered at my site, I have the email address for their dial-in =
account setup to be theirname@theirdomain.com=20
instead of the normal dial-up user with theirname@eagledesign.com
Whenever I try to email an invoice to them, I get an error "5:Invalid =
procedure call" Once I change their email to be like my other users', =
it works correctly. =20

2. If the email field is blank on the subaccount, I thought the system =
was supposed to use the default email address of their login name with =
the default domain name for the Group their MBR is in. It doesn't work, =
this situation also gives the error "5:invalid procedure call".

Obviously, I have a workaround for these problems of filling in the =
email address all the time, but felt I should report it as a bug.
