A corrected copy of the CR 5.0 Invoice.rpt is available from the
Emerald ftp site at:

ftp.emerald.iea.com/emerald/reports/cr50/inv50.rpt

This corrects the problem with the subtotal printing multiple
times when you have multiple line items on the invoice.
