Running Serv-u as "System"

We would like to run serv-u as a service running logged on as "system"
so we can have it interact with the desktop. However, when we do that
it allows users to connect properly using FTP but they don't have
permission to do a LIST.

We have it running logged in as Administrator but you can't set it to
interact with the desktop that way.
