The problem is that the tabctl32.ocx file that is provided with Emerald is
not compatible with VB5 or programs written in VB5, and the tabctl32.ocx
that is supplied with VB5 is not compatible with 2.16 or later of Emerald.
You can copy the old tabctl32.ocx file back into your \windows\system
directory and that will get your Emerald back, but then your VB5 and
programs written with VB5 won't work..
Dale is working on the problem, but no solution yet...
