I see that on the web site you have referenced Cardservice PC as compatible
with BatchIn/BatchOut for credit cards. We already have Cardservice PC and
Emerald but I don't understand how they integrate into one another.

Is the integration through the use of an ASCII file import and export? If
so, do you already have a preset report form that will export the data to a
text file? How do I import back into Emerald to receive the payments?
