Select the service from the services tab, and select subaccounts...move.
Open the new MBR and select subaccounts...insert. You'll be prompted
with the login and asked whether you want to move the SA. Select yes
and its moved.

PS. incidents are associated with the SA. So moving the sa, moves the
associated incidents as well.
