Which version of the client are you using? I just tried 2.1.7
and it wouldn't let me create duplicate login names.

Yes, Select Invoice Next Term from the master pull down menu
after creating all the services.

Currently is used anniversary. We will be adding a monthly option
in the next release.

The pay info should re-appear soon. Emerald does not do balance
forward (partial pay) currently. We are working on it as we
speak, though.
