Dale, can emerald bill by DNIS digits? Can I look at what phone number =
the user dialed and bill him for the number of minutes he used on the =
800 number but not care about the rest of his calls or do I have to do =
this by some external process. Will this be coming? Also, what about =
the servu- extend thing.
