what kind of NAS do you use? Does it support a session timeout?

I too am looking for a solution to this that would not involve me
constantly checking on our 20-hour per day user.

Right now we just give a quick reset to the port to fix it :) The users
assures me he is using the line all 20 hours. ya right.
