It has two enhancements, but also requires an Emerlad license to work
in ODBC mode, hence why its in the Emerald directory.

1. Option bit 1024 allows automatic update from the "UNIX" password to
the real password the user typed in. Requires the passwd file to
be in the unix directory and the user's ODBC password to be "UNIX".

2. The expiration takes into account to Limit Field of the MBR as well
as
the Extension and Expireation Date. Limit (the OverDue Field in the
database) is a permanent extension in x days for the MBR.

As a side note, I also can't get it to crash with manual updates. There
is
also some code in there, although its crashing sometimes, to handle
per-port
access controls base on the ServerAccess table. The later is NOT yet
supported, so pleaase don't ask me about it. :)
