Soft*Deposit Question

I want to switch over to Soft*Deposit to do my batch credit card processing
with Emerald. Does anyone know which Soft*Deposit module I need? I was
wondering if the $150 version can handle the batch file or if I need the
batch processor?

Any help would be appreciated,
