Changing Email report

How does one go about changng the wording on the email invoices that are
sent out to the customers? Some of the wording is too strong for the way
we bill our customers. They recieve a payment book when they sign up and
then we email them reminders. So the wording is too strong for our current
application.

Next questions. We are using PC Capture for our credit card batching. Is
one of the choices compatible with PC Capture?

Also when paying an invoice we really need to have the ability to put the
check # with the payment. I see no way to do this. Am I overlooking
something?
