Its NOT the date you are entering, its the date format your
machine has selected in their Control Panel, Regional
settins. Yours is set for dd/mm/yy and your SQL Server's is
set for mm/dd/yy. Therefore its seeing 26/02/97, and 26 is a bad
month. Emerald will convert whatever you enter to the
date format of your Regional Settings, before sending it
to SQL Server.
