Charged and Received in the same report is tough, because 4.5 can't do
sub-squeries (5.0 can). I put together a quick report for this. Take
a look in /emerald/contrib/reports for monrev.rpt. Its NOT complete or
perfect, just an basis for you to look at what you are trying to
accomplish.
