1) Could Emerald possibly send a delete message to Post.Office when a
service is deleted?
2) Would you make Referred (and Sales Person) into combo boxes?
3) Will we be able to make a setup fee be charged (as an invoice) when a
service is created? (Of course, this needs to be optional, in case we waive
the fee)
