I have two versions of the Emerald Clients, 2.5.322 and 2.5.342. I use
two because I have two different Emerald databases on two servers. Lately
when we enter incidents on the database that we have always used 2.5.342
they will not send, but they will if we use the 2.5.322 client. The reason
we use two different versions is because on the system running 2.5.342 we
can only run invoices using this more recent version. This all seems really
weird to me.
