I have the exact opposite problem. I can't see the customers online, but
can the RADLOG problems.

Subject: [Emerald] Qwest

We are using the qwest wholesale ports with Emerald/RadiusNT 2.5.

We can see the users in the online screen just fine, but the problem is
when a user fails to authenticate, we cannot see them in the radlog screen
to see why they failed to log on.

All our local ports work in the radlog, but qwest ports do not.

Any ideas on how to get this to work?

Thanks,
John
