Turns out the NT RRAS machine was sending the secret in CAPS... lol

  If you are running Radius in text and odbc mode make sure the secret is in both emerald and the clients file in Radius NT manager.

    I did add the new NT RRAS server's IP address in the radiusNT admin plus the
    secret.
    Thats why I don't understand why I still get a bad digest error. My Radius
    log in emerald shows the username trying to connect then the error.
    Any other places that IP needs to be set?
