I've tried sending a couple of statements out via the included 'estatement' Crystal Report.
Looking at the Crystal Report, it appears that the upper left region of the statement is supposed to contain our company information (mailing address, etc) but the statements themselves are blank in this regard.
The Billing Group tables are populated appropriately with this info.
Anybody have any ideas ?
