We deny on the first call, then we automatically add 5 days to their
expiration and reenable the account. We then have our system create a
trouble ticket to have our techs call and get them going again.

We are using Emerald 2.5.

Is there a way to redirect expired users to a web page to let them know
that is why they were not able to log in?

Thanks,
