In Emerald Admin under "Client" then again "Client". There is a "Restrict
Account Deleting". If you check this then no one can delete accounts except
for the Admin.

Does anyone know how to disable the DELETE button for accounts? I have
users deleting records and services instead of deactivating and that is
causing many problems because I have a script that deletes mailboxes for
deactivated users and if they delete them, it won't work.
