Does anyone know of a vendor who could supply a sign-up solution along the
following lines?
(Note - a conventional sign-up server is not much use to us, because we are
in Africa - no credit cards or whatever it's all cash)...
Using a pre-paid scratchcard, the client creates himself an account, and an
e-mail address. 30 days after expiry, if it's not renewed, the account and
the e-mail address is automatically deleted...
