Sure. The list can be configured with a Reply-To address. Go to the
Mailing List Info page, the section for "Advanced Message Editing
Operations", and put in a Reply-To header as you want it to appear. Then
also enter Reply-To: in the "Headers to Remove" section so that the default
Reply-To of the post-er does not appear.
