Whenever I get this message, it's usually because I 'forgot' to make sure that the services and the account were checked as 'active'.

I have an account in Emerald and I'm trying to "invoice next term". I keep getting the message "No new invoices to create!" I know this is not the case. How do I force it to create the invoices I need?
