I need to setup accounts to not expire, regardless of invoice payment
status.
I was told to set up a 'Balance Forward' billing cycle to set for the
account.
I did this, but it seems to have no affect - is there some special setting
for the billing cycle to make the account not expire when set on this
billing cycle?
I made a billing cycle called 'Balance Forward' and set the billing option
to balance forward.
