You are allowing post.office to relay based on info in the "From:" field
of the header. So the IP, or mail server name can be put in the email
address and post.office allows it based on that.

To stop this you need to have "In general, restrict relay mail except as
indicated below: " dotted, and only the 1st box "Allow relay from these
IP addresses:" to be checked. Then list IP's allowed to relay.

Then in the second section "No domain except those listed below:" should
be dotted (by default) and neither of the boxes checked.

This will make it relay strictly by IP only. That is the only way to
really secure Post.Office.
