Sorry for the misunderstanding. Typically you must use the default or
primary IP address for these services. That would be the address you put in
the control panel under Network (the rest are all add on addresses)

It is a common practice of SMTP servers to listen to port 25 on all IPs of a
server. You may not be able to narrow it to one IP. Why not break that off
onto another server?
