[Emerald] Emerald 2.5.339 bug with "Size Limit" field for services (subaccounts)

When a new service is being added into Emerald 2.5.339, the "Size Limit"
field is saved with the default value specified in the Emerald Admin even if
it is changed to some other value before the first time the service is
saved. This value can be changed correctly on subsequent saves though--just
not the initial one.
