In Radius, set the parameters on the email only account to read:
User-Service / framed-user
framed-protocol / PPP
framed-filter / mailonly (you must manually type this in)

This is what we have done and it works. it forces them to dialin onone
account and not the email account. Hope this helps.

How do I stop people from being able to log in with their email address?
The reason I ask is because we do a metered service and people who log in
with an email address don't have time counted against their account.
