Having expanded the database twice already and coming round in circles, I
have to say I got very jumpy indeed.
However after I took a 10 minute break and came back to the conclusion
"dammit, one more try can't hurt" it worked. Obviously I was being too
conservative with the size I was expanding the first attempts.
My deepest thanks to all who helped with ideas, you've saved a few grey
hairs...
