Hello,

I am using Emerald 2.5.331 and Radius NT. I have the problem of a =
random time-out value being sent from emerald to my access servers =
(cisco as3640). This causes the user to get a "check your password =
error".
The problem is intermittent and random.=20

I was asked to disable time-banking in order temporarily solve this =
problem and it worked.

However, I now need the time banking feature. Is there aby solution to =
this problem yet?
Will upgrading solve the problem?

I need urgent assitance.

Thanks=20

Shaibu Ali
