The TCH has a root identity on the Netserver card too.
If you access via console or Telnet, it will show up in Emerald.
log into the card and logoff correctly.
Good idea to change the Telnet password if you weren't the one logging
in in the first place.

Or you can just clear it in the Online screen and it won't return, until
you log in again.
