Yes... and yes. Here are the values in Radius Administrator:

Proxy and Roaming
-----------------
[x] User Proxy
[x] Authentication
[ ] Unknown
[x] Accounting
[ ] Echo
[ ] Server Proxy

I even went as far as to check the registry value:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\IEA\RadiusNT\

Proxy = "3"

Please... any suggestions? Thanks for all of your help.
