Here is the scenario: A client of ours calls in asking for multiple
login's. We happily change their account in Emerald to show multiple, but
they still get an error for a while stating they are trying to go over
their _old_ limit, not the new one. Then, after a certin amount of time,
it starts working like it should.
What are the settings / cache for Emerald to update Radius, or how long
does it take to propagate the data?
