1) Add an entry in Emerald Admin, RadiusNT, Roam Servers for their
RADIUS
server.

2) Add an Entry in Emerald Admin, RadiusNT, Roam Domains, for thier
domain,
and point it to the server added in step #1.

Restart RadiusNT.
