RE: [NTISP] Co-location services - how do I limit / monitor data

Boy, this goes back a bit. Perhaps you should upgrade and recompile your
kernel. The newer kernels support ipchains which I am more familiar with,
and the newest kernel supports iptables.

Try:

/sbin/ipfwadm -F -a [deny][reject] -b -S ipaddress_to_monitor_or_block

You could add -D your_computer_ipaddress at the end to specify a particular
ipaddress associated with a particular NIC in the machine. Also, with the
[deny][reject] you need to pick one without the brackets (so just 'deny' or
just 'reject'). deny will be a black hole and will not report errors, but
reject will.
